Preamble

A legally valid contract is executed between You and FeeQuick Fintech Solutions once You agree to the ToS by clicking "I Agree". "You" = the Business registered on www.FeeQuick.com.

1. Applicability

ToS comes into effect upon registration. Includes Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, and third-party terms by reference. Using the Services = acceptance.

2. Registration and Payment

  • 2.1 Registration: Registration is mandatory.
  • 2.2 Eligibility: Educational institution/tuition centre; 18+ authorised person.
  • 2.3 Payment: Pay-per-Use, monthly/annual subscription, GST applicable, no refund if you stop using before term expiry.

3. Ownership & IP

RotaryOS owned by FeeQuick Fintech Solutions, owns all IP in the software, website, and services. You retain ownership of your uploaded data and are responsible for consents.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • 4.1 Responsible for data entries/messages/links/consents.
  • 4.2 Prohibited content.
  • 4.3 Legal use only.
  • 4.4 No tampering.
  • 4.5 Refund policy: Facilitator only; refunds can be initiated within 5 business days of the transaction and claimed as a full refund.

5. Third Party Services

Payment aggregators used: Cashfree, Jio, Razorpay. Payment disputes go to your bank.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

Only collects uploaded data; payment-gateway data not stored; see full Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers & Warranties

Service "as is", no warranties.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeeQuick Fintech Solutions from claims arising out of your use of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Capped at one yearly subscription fee.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or legal compliance.

11. Modification

Terms may be updated with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Force Majeure

Not liable for failures beyond reasonable control.

13. Assignment

You may not assign without consent. We may assign as part of a merger or sale.

14. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Jurisdiction

Laws of India; Courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
